Main Aim Of Position
To ensure operational and quality excellence by coordinating QA/QC processes, tooling management, project oversight, and reporting in line with customer and company expectations.

Main Responsibilities And Duties
- Conduct onsite in-process audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate GE FW checklist audits in collaboration with GE.
- Manage tooling calibration and certification, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee project kick-offs (KO) and page-turn processes to ensure proper project initiation.
- Track project completion and report on throughput and recovery planning.
- Plan, monitor, and adjust resources to meet project demands.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of QA/QC activities.
- Own GE-required reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Forecast resource needs in cooperation with customers.
- Support talent acquisition and training initiatives.
- Review and address Customer Performance Reviews and resource feedback.
- Handle 1st and 2nd level disciplinary actions for technician performance.
- Review pay advance requests and handle manpower reports.
- Participate in meetings with customers (in-person and online) as necessary.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and assist in training new hires in similar roles.
Permissions
- Access to IT systems necessary for QA/QC and project coordination duties.
- Authority to evaluate on-site T&M personnel.
Criteria For Success
- Continuous improvement in QA/QC processes.
- Timely and accurate project completion tracking and reporting.
- Growth and development of technician resources.
- Compliance with GE and FairWind standards and guidelines.
Travel
- 25% - 30%, including attendance at project kickoffs and QA/QC audits.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the wind energy industry, standards, and related certifications (e.g., NFPA 70E, GWO, Rigging, Crane Calling).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., Paylocity) and MS Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
