Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilities Management: Oversee office maintenance, supply inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Team Coordination: Act as a liaison between departments to promote effective communication and collaboration.
- HR Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and managing employee records.
- Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Event Planning: Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving office processes and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in office management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
