Client Relationship Coordinator is responsible for answering client questions, expediting claims, maintaining client files, and creating client presentation materials. TX Licensed Life & Health Agent preferred.
Responsibilities
Answers incoming calls for main number, resolves the issues or handles the intake of new issues. Accurately adds new claims to database. Updates clients as to claim status, add notes to company database, closes claims as they are completed. Includes making outbound calls to clients with updates.
Use proprietary software to run quotes, analyze quotes, and create client presentation materials. Includes using quote software, Excel, Publisher and Adobe.
Qualifications
Licensed TX Life & Health Agent preferred
Associates degree required, B.S. or B.A. preferred
Customer focused with a sense of urgency, accuracy, attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential material, keep it secure, and handle it correctly.
Ability to pass State Insurance Exam within 10 days of hire, if not licensed.
Minimum of 3 or more years in account management or closely related experience required
Intermediate or more knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher required
Experience with Adobe preferred
Experience in insurance industry is preferred
Bi-lingual with English and Spanish is plus
