The Administrative Assistant II is responsible for providing administrative support to the Adult Day Health Center (ADHC) supporting the Center Director and management team.
- Scans/indexes documentation in a timely manner and performs data entry per department requirements.
- Completes routine administrative tasks on a regular basis with attention to detail and accuracy
- Coordinates and organizes office space, equipment, supplies and forms
- Sorts, Opens and routes mail; initiates correspondence as needed
- Runs basic reports using various software applications in assistance of management
- Oversees all center administrative efforts and communicates to the Interdisciplinary Team
- Coordinates and provides direction to center receptionist and assists with scheduling of administrative support team to ensure adequate coverage and smooth workflows
- Completes miscellaneous projects for the team as appropriate
- Orders and coordinates the delivery of supplies to support center
- Maintains and updates daily and monthly forms in a paperless environment.
- Attends meetings, performs basic setup and takes minutes as needed.
REQUIRED
- 4+ yr administrative support and working knowledge of MS Teams & Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong grammar, spelling, punctuation, editing and verbal/written communication skills.
- Experience/knowledge of basic office equipment such as copiers, scanners, fax machines, etc.
- High School Diploma/GED
