Mission
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for helping to plan, implement, and manage digital marketing efforts for the company and its clients. This includes research, content creation, campaign creation, optimization, and campaign tracking.
Scope of Work
The Digital Marketing Specialist at White Picket Team will support the execution of digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and generating leads. Working with and under the guidance of the Marketing Coordinator, the specialist will assist in managing campaigns across various online platforms, focusing on data-driven strategies to optimize content and improve overall marketing effectiveness. The role requires creativity, technical expertise, and a keen eye for emerging trends in the digital space.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Research market trends, competitor strategies, and digital advertising opportunities
- Develop and execute digital content across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and the company website
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns with a focus on SEO and PPC
- Measure digital traffic using Google Analytics and other tracking tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in marketing messages
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including ROI and key metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimization efforts
- Support in managing project budgets and timelines
- Stay updated with the latest marketing technologies and trends
Working Conditions
The role is primarily working remotely but will require some hours in an office. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings or industry events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices
- Certifications in Google Ads or Google Analytics are a bonus

All client inquiries, whether by phone or email, should be responded to within 12 hours. The Digital Marketing Specialist is also expected to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude. If challenges arise in completing certain tasks, they should promptly communicate with their direct report to seek assistance and ensure successful outcomes.
