Office Administrator | Wandsworth | Full Time | Office-based | upto £35,000 dependent on experience
This is an excellent opportunity to join Macror Plumbing. We are looking for an Office Administrator who will support the running of a small, busy office, provide general PA (including some personal admin) and provide administrative support to our team.
This position and will be hands on and varied. We are looking for a friendly, proactive, team-playing multi-tasker who has previous experience in a similar capacity.

- Ability to work alongside a friendly team, but also able to work on own initiative
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Confidentiality with the ability to manage sensitive data
- Strong IT skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
What will your role as an Office Manager look like?
- Manage the office including office supplies, office cleanliness, organisation etc
- Be the first point of contact for clients and contractors; responsible for incoming phone calls as well as office mail
- Maintain employee files & insurance policies
- Responsible for daily client invoicing
- Responsible for all office equipment
- Purchasing of office supplies as required
- Any additional administrative support as required
- Diary management
- Any additional administrative support as required
- Communication with clients/tenants
- Arranging access, keys, appointments
- Typing up quotes and preparing invoices
- Additional support as required
