We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to support our risk management team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a talent for administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Risk Policies and Procedures: Help implement risk policies and procedures to minimize exposure and ensure proper controls are in place.
- Provide data analysis support across various risk areas, helping the team leverage data to understand risk and comply with regulations.
- Collaborate with different departments to help achieve risk management goals and implement policies and procedures.
- Assist in developing and managing effective risk processes, ensuring good practices are followed and all processes are documented, reviewed, and updated regularly.
- Help prepare external and internal reports including management dashboard and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in maintaining and updating risk registers, coordinating access, and generating reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with five or more years of relevant experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and map data and provide actionable insights.
- Understanding of risk management principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in analyzing documents/data. (Reporting analyst/Data analyst).
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Excel (lookups/pivot) required.
- Salesforce exp preferred but can teach if the quick learner.
- Analytics & Reporting experience required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
