Job Summary
Seeking a Marketing Manager, Web Operations contractor to take charge of our web operations, focusing on excellence in website experiences and operational efficiencies. This role requires leading the delivery and execution of complex web-based projects, coordinating closely with marketing, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality, impactful web content. The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all outputs meet department standards while maintaining agility and compliance with deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
- Independently build and optimize web experiences using a Content Management System (CMS), incorporating custom code blocks in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, or JSON.
- Execute A/B and multivariate tests during peak periods to maximize website effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, and creative teams for the on-time delivery of marketing content.
- Establish and nurture relationships with internal partners and engineering teams.
- Manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment, ensuring quality control and troubleshooting site issues as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Front End Development, specifically with CMS, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Solid experience in setting up and conducting A/B tests.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.
Industry Experience Required
Previous experience in web production/operations within a marketing or similar environment preferred.
Familiarity with UX, SEO, and other web conversion optimization factors beneficial.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a relevant field of study preferred.
