Content Producer (Publishing)
Location: Remote
Schedule: 1 Year
Pay: Up to $51.75/hour DOE

Planet Interactive is looking for a
Content Producer to join our well known Fortune 500 client on a 1 year contract. This role will work 40 hours per week and is open to someone remote, but will have to be co-located near a hub like Culver City, Cupertino, or New York.
Content Producer Responsibilities
- Review and edit new reference material files given from the internal stakeholders.
- Prepare the content for publication and ensure that it meets production standards (template compliance, content is edited for clear and concise tone, copy editing, and proofreading.)
- Make sure that the localization content details are correct for publishing to the specific country channel.
- Work cross-functionally with writers, communications managers, producers, and other partners to gather publication details and requirements.
- Help prioritize translation requests and ensure that they meet the deadlines.
- Assist with file audits, organization of files, tagging, and other best practices.
- Enter publication details that may be missing and follow up with business partners to gather those details.
- Manage multiple project deadlines and timelines at once.
- Maintain the digital archive of reference materials.
- Update the database with publication information.
- Complete some writing and editing for image text.
- Ensure that the copy adheres to the prescribed style format.
Content Producer Qualifications
- 4+ years related work experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with copy editing, proofreading, and QA.
- Skilled with iWork suite, Microsoft Office, Wrike, and Slack.
- Experience working in a fast pace environment.
