Compensation Range
The base pay scale for this position is $17.07 - $22.68. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

West Palm Beach, Florida.
We offer an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Office Specialist with exceptional customer service skills to work at our
West Palm Beach, Florida out-patient facility. In this patient-facing role you will be responsible for triaging phone calls and patient inquiries, greeting and scheduling patients for appointments and procedures, conducting verification of medical insurance and patient billing/collections, authorization of services, filing/chart preparation. In addition, they will promote a professional atmosphere through courteous communication, cooperation and respect for patients, visitors and members of the health care team. Acting as a liaison to the physicians and hospital departments, you will also be responsible for ensuring that best customer service practices are offered to patients and families.
