JOB SUMMARY
The successful candidate will be responsible for order management, customer set-up, and other data functions while maintaining relationships with strategic partners across various business channels: specialty retail, distribution, international and more.
Ensure the customer’s orders are shipped on time by working with multiple internal departments to get ahead of possible delays and troubleshoot issues as they arise. This includes keeping the sales team apprised of any potential delays and working with them toward a resolution.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Analyze & process orders for various channels (International, International Retailers, Specialty Retailers, and Dometic Distributors).
- Review inventory availability, BIS dates, customer’s delivery needs, time order received and determine when to process order to warehouse.
- Share any OOS/BIS dates with customer and respective sales teams.
- Keep track of ETA for OOS skus to process orders
- Review weekly/bi-weekly demand plan report from brands against open orders to ensure ETA is in-line with customer ship window.
- Communicate any ETA delays with sales team.
- Review Order Mangement Dashboard daily and update order status.
- Call-out any orders close to SLA to manager.
- Confirm domestic retail orders are routed on schedule by checking routing portals.
- Full understanding of compliance/routing requirements for each account.
- Periodically review compliance manuals/customer portals for updates to routing and/or packing requirements.
- Attend weekly international order status meeting with warehouse ops team and call-out any orders that are approaching and/or past SLA.
- Communicate order status (packing, ready for routing, shipped) with customers.
- Communicate with various freight forwarders to ensure shipments are scheduled and collected on time.
- Actively participate in weekly meetings with brands and communicate with internal teams to ensure you/they have the most up-to-date information.
- Review Order Management Dashboard report and email communication in preparation for meetings.
- Full knowledge of the products as well as the programs, procedures, and initiatives of the company.
- Knowledge of NetSuite reporting, company websites, and how to use Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Dashboard/Smartsheet for presenting new information to buying teams.

- Computer savvy, proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Lifting: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
- Reaching: Extending hands and arms in any direction.
- Sitting: Must be able to remain in the seated, stationary position throughout the workday.
