The Role: Associate Community Success Manager
We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Community Success Manager to join our team. In this entry-level position, you will manage a portfolio of homeowner associations (HOAs), working closely with board members and residents to ensure each community operates smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a Portfolio of HOAs:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple HOAs under the guidance of senior managers.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
Maintain Relationships with Board Members:
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with HOA board members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for board inquiries and support.
Handle Compliance Tasks:
• Assist in ensuring compliance with the Davis-Stirling Act and other relevant regulations.
• Prepare and file necessary legal documents and reports.
Execute Regular Property Maintenance Tasks:
• Coordinate regular maintenance and repair tasks for properties.
• Work with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
Ensure Communities are Well-Run:
• Implement strategies to enhance community engagement and satisfaction.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
Support Financial Management:
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor community expenses.
• Generate financial reports and support fiscal responsibility initiatives.
Administrative Duties:
• Utilize company software to maintain accurate records and facilitate communication.
• Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Psychology, Public Relations, Real Estate or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Basic understanding of property management and maintenance processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills in HOA management.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Davis-Stirling Act is a bonus but not required.
