We are seeking a dedicated and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our growing financial team. The Data Entry Clerk will also work closely with various departments to ensure consistent financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform account reconciliations and handle bookkeeping tasks.
- Record financial transactions and post entries to relevant ledgers (e.g., in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, etc.)
- Provide assistance in budget preparation and expense management activities.
- Engage in continuous knowledge development in accounting principles, best practices, and industry trends.
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee records and monitoring company assets.
- Assist in the preparation of audits and provide pertinent documentations.
