Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to meet sales and revenue goals.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, implement bid strategies, and continually refine campaigns for optimal performance.
- Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient spending.
- Implement effective Amazon SEO strategies to enhance product visibility and improve organic rankings.
- Create and Optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords on relevant platforms.
- Stay ahead of Amazon's algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage and optimize the Walmart Seller account to maximize product exposure and sales while ensuring compliance. Includes Walmart PPC and SEO.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with overall business strategies.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to drive traffic and sales, while implementing backend and frontend SEO to our branded websites.
- Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and implement bid management strategies.
- Analyze performance data and adjust campaigns to achieve targeted ROAS.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and promotions across platforms.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns that will also help grow sales.
- Utilize analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Implement A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align advertising strategies with broader business goals.
- Communicate regularly on campaign performance, strategies, and opportunities.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in e-commerce advertising and digital marketing.

Adaptation to Market Changes:
- Quickly adapt to Amazon and Walmart algorithm changes, leading to a less than 5% drop in performance metrics during transitions.
- Conduct bi-annual reviews of advertising strategies to incorporate the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, ensuring the company remains competitive.
Continuous Learning and Improvement:
- Participate in ongoing education and training related to e-commerce advertising and digital marketing, contributing at least one new strategy or technology per quarter that enhances campaign performance.
- Foster a culture of innovation by implementing monthly team brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and improve existing strategies.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing Amazon PPC campaigns, implementing Amazon SEO, and handling Amazon Seller accounts.
- Proven experience in managing Walmart PPC campaigns, implementing Walmart SEO, and handling Walmart Seller accounts.
- Proficiency in Google AdWords and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Optional but preferred: Experience managing eBay, Poshmark, Amazon International, or other ecommerce platforms.
