Join a senior team of Agile Coaches in the heart of HP Imaging and Print. With broad executive sponsorship we are able to make a difference in the daily work of dozens of teams across the global organization.
You will be responsible for mentoring and coaching individuals and teams on Agile methodologies, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement at scale.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor individuals and teams on Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Execute “See one, do one, teach one” technique in mentoring others
- Assess current processes and identify opportunities for improvement in alignment with Agile methodology
- The ability to drive change until it takes hold in the team, group, or organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to remove roadblocks and promote a supportive environment for Agile adoption
- Design and deliver training programs to educate team members on Agile practices and tools
- Monitor team progress and recommend adjustments to Agile practices as needed
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within the organization
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in an Agile environment
- Proven experience coaching and mentoring teams on Agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., SPC, CSM, CPO, PMI-ACP) are a plus
The base pay range for this role is $118,050 to $181,800annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
