A day in the life of a Private Equity PM at PayTech
- HCM consulting with new and existing customers, discover vendor partner objectives and develop success plans to drive value on every project
- Overcome challenges and proactively uncover and mitigate risk
- Navigate complex, global, and domestic, merger and acquisition implementations with enthusiasm
- Discover additional opportunities to compliment accelerated implementations, system utilization and solve other business problems our clients might be facing
- Communication, and lots of it! You will be interacting with executive stakeholders, internal and external project teams, advisory partners, private equity firms and clients
- Daily collaboration with an exceptional, highly functioning team of consultants
- Shine in the role of trusted advisor
- Utilize Project Management methodologies and tools

About the job

- At least 10 years of experience in project management, or managing project teams related to HCM or payroll; private equity or M&A experience highly desired
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and deliver measurable results with little supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with exceptional oral and written communications
- Advanced analytical and problem solving
