Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Cold Caller to generate leads and initiate conversations with healthcare providers about our support services for the Federal IDR process. This position is crucial in educating potential clients about the benefits of our services and setting up opportunities for further discussions with our expert team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to healthcare providers to introduce our services supporting the federal IDR process.
- Skilled at navigating a call script and asking qualifying questions.
- Educate potential clients about the federal IDR process, and how our services can assist them in revenue recovery.
- Set up appointments or consultations for subject matter experts to provide more in-depth information and close deals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of the federal Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) process and the No Surprises Act is a plus, though training will be provided.
- Excellent English verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate potential clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office and Google software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or legal services sectors.
- Experience in cold calling/customer service.
