As an Account Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of scaling a newer business segment within the agency. You'll build and nurture relationships with our diverse portfolio of partners and affiliates. Your mission will be to drive growth, optimize performance, and ensure maximum ROI for our clients. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow quickly and move into a leadership position.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as a central point of contact for assigned affiliate partners, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
- Strategize, implement, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to achieve client objectives and maximize revenue.
- Analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our talented team to develop innovative solutions and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of each client’s industry, competitors, and performance benchmarks to proactively suggest campaign adjustments.
- Manage and deliver all weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly performance reports, ensuring clients receive clear, actionable insights on their campaign performance and ROI.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting clear expectations.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service and conflict resolution when needed.
- Track client budgets and ensure all campaigns are operating within financial constraints while driving maximum value.
**Requirements:**
- A self-starter who is motivated to grow within the organization.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing/management is a plus!
- Affiliate and publisher development are a BIG plus!
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and negotiating win-win partnerships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
