About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Consultant to join our dynamic team on a part-time remote contract basis. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to analyze user behavior, identify conversion barriers, and implement strategies that enhance the effectiveness of our digital platforms. Your insights will play a critical role in driving user engagement and increasing conversion rates, while also contributing to the overall success of our projects. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analyses of website performance and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize conversion rates.
- Create detailed reports on conversion metrics and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure alignment on conversion goals.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in conversion rate optimization and digital marketing.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance, track user journeys, and measure the impact of implemented strategies.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Adobe Target.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and user experience design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.
