We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Data Co-ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, inputting, and maintaining accurate data across multiple systems. The Data Co-ordinator will work closely with various departments to ensure data integrity, perform data audits, and support the organisation’s information management needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits, validations, and cleaning of data sets.
- Co-ordinate with different departments to collect and compile data for reporting purposes.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports as required by management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data management procedures and best practices.
- Identify and rectify inconsistencies, errors, or discrepancies in data.
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies and relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Provide training and support to team members on data entry and management processes when required.
- Collaborate with IT or data management teams to troubleshoot data issues and suggest improvements to systems or processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data management software or CRMs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in data entry, data coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations such as GDPR is a plus.
