We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Systems Administrator to join our client's IT department. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of their office systems. From data entry to troubleshooting software issues, your contributions will ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will also play a crucial role in onboarding and training new employees on our systems, providing essential support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Enter data accurately into office systems, ensuring precision and consistency.
- Form Creation: Support the development and maintenance of forms across various platforms, including NetDocs and ProLaw. Familiarity with MS Forms is advantageous.
- Troubleshooting: Serve as the first point of contact for resolving basic office system issues, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Document Proofing: Ensure documents meet internal standards by checking for accuracy, proper grammar, and correct formatting.
- Training Support: Assist in training new team members on office systems, offering clear guidance and practical assistance.
- General Office Support: Provide administrative assistance, including managing contact entries and supporting ProLaw-related tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office systems role (legal industry experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro and form creation, with NetDocs experience considered a plus.
- Effective troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capable of training and guiding others on system processes.
- Strong proofreading skills with a focus on grammar and formatting.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment.
