Well versed with end to end payments life cycle with experience collaboration with teams involving integral interfaces like Account Lookup, OFAC/Compliance, FX Services
Knowledge of ISO2022 payment messages
Deep understanding of Quality Control, Risk and Change Management with experience being in role of Scrum Master (Professional Scrum Master certified)
Understanding of Agile and worked in Jira, Confluence
Experience in Reports and Reporting Tools
Exposure of Home Lending Mortgage Default Servicing Business
