About the Role:

Job Title:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Identifies, evaluates, and resolves issues that conflict with project deliverables. Collaborates closely with project team members, business owners, and sponsors to develop and successfully implement projects/programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

7+ Years of experience in IT.
Healthcare domain experience is a must.
Leads and manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or enterprise-scale projects, new initiatives, and other ongoing business deliverables in accordance with business needs.
Assesses project risks and develops mitigation and contingency plans.
Oversees projects to ensure projects have required resources, meet milestones, and are successfully implemented. Leads and coordinates matrix and/or cross-functional team.

Desired Qualifications:

Medicare, Medicaid experience

Location:

Durham, NC, or 100% Remote

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $95,000- $105,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
