The Account Support Specialist is responsible for supporting our consultant and client needs. The position calls for someone who is energetic, friendly and extremely responsible. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, positive and has a keen eye for the details.
Must be willing to work, onsite in Sunnyvale, CA.
3-5 years of operations, administrative or account support experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Excel
Nice to have:
2-5 years of experience with in a corporate / enterprise environment supporting a sales division.
Previous experience managing, servicing or supporting client relationships
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. A combination of education and experience may be considered
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides support to the Account Management Team on a daily basis, including consultant needs and client projects, on an ad-hoc basis
Provides support within Systems ensuring data is accurate and the candidate process (submittals, interviews and feedback) is kept up to date by the end of each business day
Manage client information security requirements and ensure consultants are in compliance
Consultant, onboarding. Manage the onboarding process including account setup, information
security requirements, VPN setup and help ensure Consultant’s first day is a success.
Create, manage and track SOWs for Account Managers
Verify PO#s match SOWs upon receipt
Verify the correct information is Systems, cross checking and ensuring data integrity
Analyze hours against SOWs and PO Trend Report. Working with Account Managers to request funding for project extensions
Create SOWs, in advance, prior to expiration date, to help ensure business continuity
Manage the process around machines that are failing and troubleshoot as needed
Research troubleshooting options to determine if a machine is worth fixing
Work with vendors to repair and deliver to consultants minimizing downtime
Manage the Consultant Care process, engaging with Consultants on a monthly basis, build relationships, provide general customer service and be proactive with our Consultants to mitigate turnover.
Assist with light recruiting duties, including sourcing, screening and communication with prospective candidates
Consultant onboarding process. Ensure data and documentation is uploaded into our client’s
system to meet compliance needs
