Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and execute project plans and schedules, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of client deliverables.
Collaborate with internal and external team members, including account management, creative, production and post-production, to prioritize and ensure timely completion of project tasks.
Track project progress and provide regular status updates to internal and external team.
Maintain project documentation, including project plans and timelines.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Conduct project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare/present project-related reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
2-3 years of experience in project management/coordination, preferably in an agency setting.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and commonly used project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, Wrike, Click Up, Avaza, etc.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and accept constructive feedback.
Familiarity with video production and post-production is a plus.
CAPM certification or similar is a plus.
