Beauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team with Brand Ambassadors servicing doors across North America. Beauty Barrage works with some of the hottest brands in beauty today and provides in- store support in retailers like Sephora, ULTA, Bluemercury, and more! The objective of the Brand Executive (B.E.) position is to strategically support Beauty Barrage’s client brands in various retailers. The B.E. will be responsible for achieving sales targets in an assigned market, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness. The B.E. will lead a team of assigned Sales & Education Specialists to achieve sales goals and optimize in store performance.
As an B.E., you will report to the Sr. Director Field Sales, People Development & Culture. Our Brand Executives are expected to be results oriented, an innovative problem solver, takes initiative and have a passion for the beauty industry.
Responsibilities:
- Build sales strategies for assigned territory to achieve sales goals.
- Establish and develop strong relationships at store level with BA’s, Store Leadership, and territory DM's.
- Weekly and monthly business recaps of territory to highlight business drivers and opportunities in the market.
- Plan, communicate and execute all in store events and product launches.
- Monitor rank and competitive performance per store & adjust strategy to achieve performance goals.
- Establish strategy and drive execution across territory.
- Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstration.
- Accountable for Sales & Education Specialist performance in their region.
- Coach and develop SES performance by in-store visits and communication.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years beauty industry experience required.
- Working knowledge of in-store retail environment required.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence externally and internally.
- Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
- Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Must be available weekends and must be flexible to meet job objectives.
- Beauty savvy and able to represent the company culture that is both polished and professional.
- Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
