We are looking for Assistant Project Manager to coordinate JOT client's construction project and building the production lines in the new factory in Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the tracking, coordination and management of the progress of the project to ensure that the equipment is constructed on time and with quality
- Assist in project review, responsible for customer communication and coordination;
- Assist in the search for local construction resources and supplier resources, on-site personnel management and material procurement;
- Assist in the convening of project meetings, minutes and follow-up of related matters;
- Confirm and understand the project progress in real time, feedback and deal with it in a timely manner, and feedback the project progress to customers on schedule
- Organize and archive project data,
- Record and perform Customer order and Purchase Order’s into company ERP system according to processes,
- Feedback and coordination of project problems.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction engineering requirements in Ohio
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent major in mechatronics, electrical engineering, electrical automation, automatic control or related majors, civil engineering and/or construction
- proficient in MS-Office;
- experience in project management, be familiar with the project process, and under the guidance of the project management report, you can use the project management reports to control the project management process: schedule control, quality control, cost control, risk control and other related capabilities
- Logical thinking, data analysis and reporting ability,
- Fluent English and profiency in Chinese would be a great advantage.
