Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Content Creation: Create, edit, and manage engaging content for websites, social media platforms, blogs, and email campaigns.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engines, conduct keyword research, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across multiple platforms.
- Email Marketing: Design and manage email campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and enhance customer retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO software, social media management tools), and experience with CRM and email marketing platforms.
