Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Superintendent to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee the scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor and evaluate work and materials to uphold high quality control standards.
- Conduct construction inspections to verify that work aligns with contractual specifications.
- Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols on all project sites.
- Support the Project Manager in facilitating effective coordination between facility operations and trade professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a construction superintendent is required.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills are required.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
