We are seeking a bilingual data entry assistant! You will be responsible in assisting the HR and payroll manager.
Responsibilities
- Assistant to the payroll manager.
- Collect and process timesheets.
- Process invoices and account statements.
- Trouble missing time request.
- Help deliver and distribute payroll on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
- Speak English and Spanish.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Office, Word and Excel.
- Work well in a team environment and work with others to reach a common goal.
- Clean criminal background and valid drivers license.
