Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and coordinate impactful meetings with representatives at various levels within customer organizations, including Maintenance Managers, Plant Managers, and Executives.
- Provide education and ongoing support regarding program guidelines, enabling customers to maximize their participation in demand response initiatives.
- Collaborate with both customers and internal teams to articulate and execute a precise scope of work for the installation of real-time metering solutions.
- Deliver comprehensive training on essential software applications to ensure seamless customer engagement with our programs.
- Dedicate efforts to enhancing the onboarding experience, utilizing feedback from post-onboarding satisfaction surveys to inform continual improvements.
- Craft detailed scopes of work for the installation of energy monitoring equipment, ensuring clarity and efficiency throughout the process.
- Attain a thorough understanding of customer site operations to devise optimized energy reduction strategies and accurately measure participation levels.
- Assure the integrity of contact lists and confirm system readiness prior to program enrollment, facilitating a smooth transition for our customers.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration, maintaining transparency and communication throughout the onboarding process to guarantee successful integrations.
- Assist customers in their preparations for dispatches, actively participating in readiness and audit preparatory activities.
