Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform comprehensive medical evaluations. Our ideal candidate will conduct physical assessments, review medical histories, and prepare a report that will be used as part of the process to evaluate the disabled individual’s application for Social Security benefits. Part time available, full time if willing to travel to Elkton, MD and Cumberland, MD.
Responsibilities:
- Medical Evaluations: Perform in-depth medical assessments, including gathering medical histories and conducting physical examinations of applicants.
- Diagnostic Interpretation: Analyze and interpret diagnostic tests and medical data.
- Report: Create a comprehensive medical report including accurate and complete descriptions of the applicant’s condition(s).
- Data Submission: Utilize our user-friendly report generation platform to submit your report quickly and easily.
Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- Completion of a master’s degree in nursing or completion of a master’s degree in physician assistant studies.
- Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Preferred specialties include family medicine, emergency medicine, internal medicine, occupational medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R), or orthopedics.
