About the Role: Adeia is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to drive our social media strategy, website optimization, and creative design initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across LinkedIn
- Lead website management and optimization efforts, including SEO and content strategy
- Oversee the creation of high-impact graphics and visual content for all marketing channels
- Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with overall business goals
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and integrate innovative practices into our strategies
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in social media management tools and reporting
- Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
Preferred Skills:
- 3-7 years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on digital channels, website, and graphics design
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media and content strategies
- Knowledge of web analytics, SEO, and content management systems
- Proficiency in graphic design software and ability to direct design projects
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Data-driven decision-making ability with excellent analytical skills
Pay range and compensation package: The base compensation range is $110-140k in San Jose, California.
