Project Manager/Estimator
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the painting and coating projects, from the initial estimate to the final completion of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their painting and coating requirements and provide accurate project estimates.
- Develop and manage project plans to ensure project completion within the specified timeframe and budget.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Oversee project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and provide timely solutions.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, estimating, and commercial painting.
- Strong knowledge of coatings paint and commercial coatings.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in managing project budgets and timelines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
