Position Overview:
Professional Pickleball Partners is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. As the Marketing Manager at a start-up brand in the fast-paced world of pickleball, you will be tasked with developing and executing marketing plans for our brand and servicing clients with event and promotional business.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about marketing, eager to learn, have a professional demeanor, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Analyze the various data associated with such campaigns.
Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of engaging content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, website content, and promotional materials.
Online Presence: Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and interacting with followers to increase brand awareness and engagement. Manage website content and functionality.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
Administrative and Sales Support: Provide general administrative support as necessary. Maintain client relationships that have strong event capabilities and service appropriately. Communicate and advise on sales leads and secondary target markets based on research and data gathered from marketing efforts.
Selected Tasks:
- Design and execute quarterly communications to clients to ensure their awareness of news in the world of Pro-Pickle success stories.
- Manage website and prepare monthly performance report and suggest revisions to maximize website effectiveness. Prepare SEO investment budget with appropriate ROI.
- Work with PR contractor to develop a press release and engagement strategy.
- Manage sampling program for prospects.
