Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Project Manager at TobinLeff. The Operations Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day project management and coordination of operational activities. This includes overseeing operations, managing budgets, ensuring the efficient execution of projects, and communicating with stakeholders. The Operations Project Manager will also be responsible for analyzing data and providing insights to support decision-making. Our growing firm is seeking a candidate with the following qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight: Manage and optimize daily operations, ensuring seamless integration of processes across various departments.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality of service.

Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring budget requirements are met, in addition to timely and successful completion.

Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring the best terms for the company.

Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and identify areas for improvement. The candidate will support the firms adoption of EOS (Entrepreneur Operating System) to track deliverables and deadlines.

Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

Technology Utilization: Leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency, with a strong emphasis on utilizing HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably within a professional services environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field. or equivalent work history and experience.
Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members at all levels.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Proven experience using HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools is required. In addition, background knowledge on file sharing platforms and protocols is also required.
Budgeting and Financial Analysis: Develop and manage budgets, perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, and monitor financial performance against goals.
