Cult Mia is looking for an engaged and proactive member to join the team as an Ops & Customer Service Assistant. This is a diverse role, in an exciting time for the platform - working across the growing E-Commerce department of the business, with the opportunity to further develop skills. This role will be a hybrid working style out of our Chelsea, London Office.
The Ops & Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of fulfillment operations and customer service. You will work closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams.
The role’s tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Customer Service
- Running live chat styling and customer service support
- Processing and responding to all return and exchange requests
- Providing and maintaining a first-class customer experience
Order Fulfilment
- Overseeing orders are shipped by the brand partners timely and accurately
- Processing of all returns, exchanges and shipping labels
- Liaising with brands on shipping times and dispatch
- Liaising with shipping couriers and brands to troubleshoot shipping issues
Stock Management
- Assisting with the management and review of online inventory, to ensure an accurate holding for the online platform
- Supporting with the updating and reviewing stock levels with brands
Requirements for the role:
- 3 months to 1 year experience with Shopify, preferably in the fashion industry;
- Excellent customer service abilities via phone, live chat and email, including tone, ability to resolve conflict and issues, while also multitasking assistance for multiple customers;
- Experience working with couriers, shipping logistics and other distribution methods is advantageous, but not essential;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise;
- Keen interest in the fashion and/or e-commerce industry;
- Detailed by nature, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
