This is an exciting opportunity to fill a crucial role within the agency as our Office Manager and PA, with plenty of perks and growth opportunities.
The successful candidate will be required to work from the agency three days per week, on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the flexibility to work further days from the agency if required.

Responsibilities
Ensuring that the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis
- Ensuring that the kitchen is stocked with the essentials, as well as tasty snacks
- Ensuring that office utility suppliers (electricity, gas, water etc) are paid on time and up-to-date
- Posting, reviewing, and maintaining job listings for new staff members. Liaising with the directors and HoDs about applicants. Reviewing and shortlisting applicants and arranging and scheduling interviews for potential applicants
- Checking the general enquiries inbox. Replying to inbound leads that have requested to be upsold services and arranging a time for them to have an initial meeting with a Go Up director or strategist
- Ensuring that aforementioned initial meetings are properly scheduled/diarised
- Taking inbound calls to the main office number and funnelling them to the correct point of contact
- Obtaining authorisation and budgets for, and then arranging office away days, entertainment etc
- Ensuring that the office is kept tidy and presentable, which includes but isn't limited to ensuring that aircon is switched off at the end of every Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, and making sure all the plants are happy and healthy
- Making sure that our current hybrid policy is being adhered to across the agency
- Ensuring that the office retains a peaceful and productive environment. Balancing community and creativity with professionalism, quiet, and focus. Ensuring that dogs are well-behaved
- Working with Heads of Department to oversee staff holidays, ensuring that leave is requested well in advance and, as far as is reasonably possible
- Undertaking any additional roles as the directors reasonably request from time to time
There is also scope for the right candidate to get involved in marketing tasks, such as social media management, partnerships, and more.
