- Note: This position requires presence in our San Francisco Bay Area office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the management of our San Francisco Office including, but not limited to:
- Monitoring the appearance of conference rooms and reception area
- Providing office services which include:
- The processing of all incoming and outgoing US Mail, FedEx, UPS, or any other agent of choice carrier
- The procurement of departmental and general office supplies, including coffee and general snacks and drinks
- Build positive working relationships across the company
- Occasionally partner and support Executive Assistants with scheduling
You
- Have a minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Have experience working in a fast paced work environment
- Have experience managing an office space
- Have experience placing supply orders and organizing mail
- Have a forward-looking mindset and be able to anticipate and respond to the needs of others before they come up
- Are resourceful, a creative problem solver, and adaptable to various competing demands while remaining approachable to the team
- Have excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal)
Salary Range Information
Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $75,000-$100,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
