Office Assistant will provide clerical support to a department with a City entity in Anaheim. Temporary assignment up to 6 months, Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm daily, $21 per hour.

Office Assistant Details
- Contract position
- $ 21.00 / hour
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
To assist the department with administrative support.
- Filing duties, hardcopy and electronic
- Transferring hardcopy documents to electronic and organizing all files
- Data entry
- Scanning duties
- Mail distribution
- Provide front desk support when needed, phones, greet visitors etc
- Perform additional related duties and responsibilities as required.
Office Assistant Qualifications
- 2+ year of administrative/clerical experience in an office setting
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience, scanning with Adobe Acrobat
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Will be subject to a drug screen and criminal background check
