The purpose of this role is to run the Commercial Readiness process. The commercial readiness coordinator assists the development team in ensuring that new features address the needs of commercial organizations, and any necessary controls and documentation are made available.
Responsibilities
The main deliverables for this position are:
- Develop a content strategy that allows admins to stay informed of changes that will affect their organizations.
- Update policy documentation format and organization to improve navigation and performance.
- Capture and triage upstream and downstream feature and policy changes for commercial readiness.
- Coordinate with the team to update release notes and public documentation with information regarding policies.
- Meet with and support feature teams to educate, consult, and review support for commercial readiness.
- Manually validate new policies and work with partner teams on delivery of updated policy files.
- Run the customer incident escalation process and engage in regular reporting with stakeholders.
- Create an RSS feed for release notes to keep admins informed of changes in a timely manner.
- Work with the team to further automate and update the systems used to aid the commercial readiness process.
Required skills:

- Basic understanding of Intune management concepts
- Experience working with GitHub and Markdown
- Ability to write conceptual, task-oriented, and reference information.
- Ability to write clearly and concisely using industry-accepted grammar, spelling, and punctuation rules.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal communications skills, and able to work in a collaborative group setting and with cross-functional teams of diverse backgrounds working remotely.
- Good time management skills. Must be proactive in fulfilling responsibilities and not need constant reminders of schedule and deliverables.
- Prior Microsoft experience a plus.
