Kartesia is currently hiring an Office Manager to join its London-based team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various aspects of our office management. Your responsibilities will include taking care of the reception, project and facility management, travel and event arrangements.

Primary function & responsibilities:
- Ensure a friendly, clean and safe working atmosphere.
- Ensure proper functioning of the office spaces. Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.
- Act as the go to person for questions on general topics such as apps, tools, guidelines, procedures, stationery, IT equipment, meeting rooms etc
- Manage corporate/ local Outlook calendar, diaries, Outlook invitations, appointments etc
- Organizing and coordinating logistics for travel arrangements, accommodation, meetings, event and other gatherings.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Collect, approve, send invoices and manage the expenses approvals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager
- Project management out of which ideally having already organized/ supported an office move
- Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Hands on experience with office machines
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial individual who Troubleshoots Problems independently, pro-active
